Recipe Ingredients for spicy goulash

2 cup elbow macaroni, whole wheat, cooked
4 cups tomato juice
1 lb hot italian sausage
1 green pepper
1 onion

Recipe Directions for spicy goulash

  1. cook sausage until fully cooked

  2. add onion and pepper

  3. when veggies are tender, add one cup of tomato juice and turn off heat

  4. boil water and add pasta

  5. when pasta is done, drain water and add remaining tomato juice

  6. add all items together serves 5
