1/2 Green Peppers
1/2 Yellow Peppers
1 small onion
1 teaspoon Minced Garlic
1 tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1/2 Jalapeno Pepper
1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
1 teaspoon Onion Powder
1 Salt to taste
1 Pepper to taste

  1. Wedge potatos

  2. dice vegetables

  3. mix all ingrediants together

  4. put in a single layer in dish

  5. bake at 400 for 30 minutes
