Spicy tangy slaw that I put on sandwiches

Recipe Ingredients for Spicy fresh slaw

4 cups chopped cabbage
2 cups shredded carrots
1 1/2 cups chopped cucumber
2 tbsp deli mustard
1 tbsp mayonaise
1/4 cup brown rice vinegar
1/8 cup lime juice
1 tsp black pepper
3 servings chipotle tabasco
1/4 cup cilantro

Recipe Directions for Spicy fresh slaw

  1. chop cabbage, carrots and cucumbers into bite sized portions

  2. chop cilantro fine

  3. in a separate bowl mix may, mustard, hot sauce and vinegar then mix with a whisk till frothy

  4. combine and shake
