Recipe Ingredients for Spicy Fish Stew (remake)

1/4 cup Parsley
1/2 tsp Pepper, Black
5 tsp, ground Thyme, Dried
6 clove Garlic
2 cup, chopped Onions
4 cup, diced Celery
4 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms
1 tbsp Olive Oil
48 oz Swai Fillet
1 tsp Sriracha Hot Chili Sauce
92 oz 100% Low Sodium Vegetable Juice
1 cup Spinach

Recipe Directions for Spicy Fish Stew (remake)

  1. In a large skillet, saute the mushrooms, celery, onion, and garlic in oil over medium heat about 5 minutes.

  2. Add the thyme; saute 1 minute.

  3. In a Stockpot add the tomato juice, one bay leaf, pepper sauce, pepper and veggie mix; bring to a boil.

  4. Reduce the heat; add the fish and simmer, uncovered, about 10 minutes.

  5. Stir in the parsley and serve hot.
