1 medium onions, diced
100 g tomatoes, canned
250 g cod, atlantic
15 g lemons, raw
1 clove garlic
1/2 red pepper, diced

Recipe Directions for Spicy Fish Stew (BBC good food)

  1. Fry garlic with cumin and paprika

  2. add 100 ml of water and 100g of canned chopped tomatoes

  3. Bring to boil and lower heat

  4. Simmer onion and red pepper for 5 minutes

  5. Add fish chunks and simmer for 5 to 7 minutes.
