Not your traditional enchilada! These are made with flour tortillas with a spicy kick for daring taste buds! An instant hit!

Recipe Ingredients for Spicy Enchiladas (Michelle's Cafe)

1 lb. lean ground beef
6 oz. tomato paste
2 cups shredded cheese
6 Flour Tortillas
1 1/4 oz. taco seasoning

Recipe Directions for Spicy Enchiladas (Michelle's Cafe)

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

  2. Brown meat in skillet then drain.

  3. bring 2 cups of water to a boil in small sauce pot then add tomato paste and hot taco seasoning. Bring heat down to medium-low, cover and let simmer.

  4. Spoon meat and sauce into large flour tortillas, add cheese.

  5. Wrap tortillas into a burrito and place in greased small or medium casserole dish. Repeat until all meat is used up (should make 6 enchiladas).

  6. Pour remaining sauce over enchiladas and then sprinkle with desired amount of cheese.

  7. Place into oven and bake for 15-20 mins or until cheese is golden brown.

  8. Enjoy!
