I have this for dinner sometimes. The jalapenos give it a spicy kick, but you can add chili peppers or spices alternatively. Tastes great :)

Recipe Ingredients for Spicy Egg White Omelet


Ingredients:
2 egg whites
1/4 Zuchinni
1/2 Tomato
8 button mushrooms
5 jalapeno peppers

Recipe Directions for Spicy Egg White Omelet

  1. Method:

  2. Chop the tomatoes and zuchinni & beat egg whites.

  3. Spray a frying pan with low-cal cooking spray

  4. Pour in the egg whites and veggies

  5. Cook until the egg whites have browned and the veggies are a satisfactory texture, you may need to flip the omelet over.

  6. Add the jalapenos and enjoy :]
