Deviled eggs with a twist Can double recipe for a 10 sevings (2 deviled eggs per person) If you like spicy add tabasco (a few drops) to taste.

Recipe Ingredients for Spicy Devilled Eggs

5 eggs
1 anchovie
2 olives
1 teaspoon tomatoes, sundried
1/4 cup mayonnaise, light
2 teaspoons mustard, dijon

Recipe Directions for Spicy Devilled Eggs

  1. Boil eggs. Cool and peel off shell.

  2. Cut eggs in half and scoop out egg yolk.

  3. Mash yolks and mix with remaining igredients. Add salt and pepper to taste. If desired you can also add parsley (minced) to taste.

  4. Garnish with olives and serve with grape tomatoes and olives on a bed of olives.

  5. Enjoy!
