Recipe Ingredients for spicy curried cauliflower

19 oz Cauliflower
2 tsp Garlic
0.5 tsp Ginger, Ground
2 tsp Curry Powder
0.25 tsp Coriander Seed
0.67 serving Chili Oil
0.5 tsp Kosher Salt
0.25 tsp Coriander Leaf, Dried
1 cup (8 fl oz) Water

Recipe Directions for spicy curried cauliflower

  1. heat oil in wok over med lo heat. add garlic, ginger, curry, coriander. stir fry for 30 seconds then add water to make loose sauce.

  2. add cauliflower and salt.

  3. cover with lid or foil and cook for 20 - 30 minutes.

  4. add cilantro at end - last minute or so.

  5. voila!
