159 grams Yellow Corn Meal
159 grams Gluten Free Flour
1 tsp Baking Powder
1 cup(245 g) Milk, Nonfat, Fluid
1 serving Kirkland Real Egg Product (1/4 cup liquid eggs)
81 grams Applesauce
4 tsp SPLENDA Sugar Blend for Baking
2 serving Kroger - Lean Ground beef 93%/7%
1 cup dry Select Great Northern Beans

Recipe Directions for Spicy Cornbread, beans & beef Muffins

  1. PREHEAT oven to 350F. Grease muffin pan.

  2. COMBINE meal, flour, sugar, baking powder and salt in medium bowl. Combine milk, apple sauce and egg in small bowl; mix well. Add milk mixture to flour mixture; stir just until blended.

  3. BROWN ground beef, add white beans (precooked) & Rotel to pan. Let simmer for 10 minutes for flavors to meld.

  4. Pour into prepared pan, roughly 2-3 large tablespoons per muffin tin.

  5. BAKE for 30 minutes, or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean.
