2 tbsp Dijon mustard
2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
1/2 c olive oil
6 c cabbage, shredded
2 bell peppers, diced
1 c scallions, diced
1/4 c parsley, minced

Recipe Directions for Spicy coleslaw

  1. Whisk together mustard and vinegar

  2. Add in oil a little at a time, whisking

  3. Combine cabbage, peppers, scallions and toss with dressing
