2 tablespoon Balsamic Vinegar
1 tablespoon Brown Sugar
8 tablespoons Olive Oil

  1. Shred Cabbage

  2. Dice peppers

  3. Slice onions

  4. Mix Dijon Mustard, Balsamic Vinegar, Brown Sugar and Olive Oil

  5. Add dressing to vegetables and mix and serve.
