This is a spicy salty extremely low calorie soup that is a great hot treat to fill you up if you are cleansing one day, or its even a good base for a heartier soup. Good for peaople who love spicy!

1 cup water
1 tbsp miso
1 teaspoon habanero sauce or cayenne red pepper sauce
1 tsp Garlic Cloves
1/4 teaspoon dried chili pepper flakes
1/2 teaspoon soy sauce
1/4 teaspoon curry

use a raw garlic clove crushed. blend ingredients, heat, and serve.
