8 oz Beans Garbanzo
0.5 cup (8 fl oz) Water
4 tbsp Sesame Butter, Tahini, Type Of Kernels Unspecified
2 1tsp Olive Oil
4 tbsp Lemon Juice, Canned Or Bottled
1 serving In Adobo Sauce Chipotle Peppers
1/2 tbsp Minced Garlic
1.5 tsp Cumin
7 oz Roasted Red Peppers, Jarred
8 pieces Sun-Dried Tomatoes
5 tbsp Coriander Leaf, Dried
1 tbsp Chili Powder
1 tbsp Pepper, Black
2 tsp Garlic Salt

Recipe Directions for Spicy Chipotle Hummus

  1. Place the garbanzo beans, water, tahini, lemon juice, olive oil, chipotle pepper, garlic, and cumin in the bowl of a food processor; blend until smooth.

  2. Add the red peppers, sun-dried tomatoes, cilantro, salt, and pepper. Pulse the mixture until the ingredients are coarsely chopped into the hummus base.

  3. Transfer to a serving bowl, cover, and chill until ready to serve.
