Recipe Ingredients for Spicy Chili

31 ounce black beans
15 1/2 ounce chick peas
15 1/2 ounce butter beans
28 ounce organic diced tomatoes
1 red pepper
1/4 cup bulgur
2 tbs olive oil
1 large onion
2 large carrots

Recipe Directions for Spicy Chili

sautee onions and carrots and red pepper until transluscent. add tomatoes, 5 cloves garlic, jalepeno, 3 cups water, and Cinnamon, chili powder and coriander. cook for about 30 minutes
