Recipe Ingredients for Spicy Chili Meatloaf

2 eggs
1 lb. sausage, low-fat
1 lb. extra lean ground beef
1 onion
1 cup quick-cooking oats
2 tsps garlic salt
1 tsp. ground coriander
1 tsp. ground cumin
1 cup Cheddar cheese,grated
1 cup chunky salsa

Recipe Directions for Spicy Chili Meatloaf

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a large bowl.

  2. Place in loaf pan and put into a pre-heated, 350 degree oven. Bake for 50-60 minutes until firm.
