Recipe Ingredients for Spicy chiken pitta

1 Pitta Pitta Wholemeal Bread
0.3 oz Aubergine
0.5 cup pieces Mushrooms
0.1 breast, bone and skin removed Chicken, Breast, Meat Only

Recipe Directions for Spicy chiken pitta

  1. In a pan with 1tsp oil cook the chicken, mushroom and aubergine.

  2. Drizzle over the sweet chilli sauce and keep warm.

  3. Heat the pitta in toaster, split and stuff with the cooked chicken and veg.
