from internet w/o 1/2tsp of salt and replacing 2 tbsps of oil with 2 tsps

Recipe Ingredients for spicy chickpeas

16 oz reduced sodium garbonzos beans, rinsed and drained
2 tsp olive oil
1 medium onion chopped
1 tsp ground coriander
1/2 tsp ground cumin
1/8 tsp Turmeric, Ground
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tsp lemon juice
2 tbsps cilantro, chopped

Recipe Directions for spicy chickpeas

in a large skillet, heat oil. add chopped onion and cook until lightly brown about 5 minutes. add the coriander, cumin cayenne pepper and turmeric and cook stirring for 1 minute. add the chickpeas, pepper and cook until warned through. remove from heat and stir in lemon juice and chopped cilantro.
