Recipe Ingredients for Spicy Chickpea Burgers

1 medium raw Bell Pepper Red
1 medium raw Onion Yellow
4 cup Chickpeas (Garbanzo Beans, Bengal Gram), Mature Seeds
2 tbsp Flaxseed Meal
1 serving Ground Cumin Spice
2 tsp Garlic Powder
1 serving Chili Powder
8 oz Bread Crumbs, Dry, Grated, Plain
5 oz Vital Wheat Gluten

Recipe Directions for Spicy Chickpea Burgers

  1. Blend veggies in food processor. Add chickpeas. Blend well.

  2. In mixing bowl mix chickpea mixture with rest of ingredients.

  3. Shape into patties. Freeze. Grill or bake in oven at 375 for 20-30 minutes
