Recipe Ingredients for spicy chicken & vegetables

1 1/2 cup bell pepper, diced
1 cup onion, diced
1 1/2 cups carrots, chopped
1 1/2 cups celery, chopped
1 1/2 cups mushrooms, chopped
6 cloves garlic
1 cup salsa verde
1 pound chicken , pan fried w/ spices & water
410 g tomatos

Recipe Directions for spicy chicken & vegetables

  1. Cook chicken in skillet (I added Mrs. Dash Garlic Blend) w/ a little water - when done braise pan and save liquid

  2. Chop chicken in 1 inch cubes - set aside

  3. Heat chipotle peppers, salsa, and garlic in frying pan

  4. When bubbling add all vegetables except mushrooms & approx. 1/4 water

  5. When onions are tender, add mushrooms

  6. cook until mushrooms start to shrink, add chicken and liquid from pan

  7. heat throughly
