Recipe Ingredients for Spicy Chicken Tostada

2 corn tortillas, 6 inch
1/2 cup turkey, cooked
1 1/2 teaspoons salsa verde
1/3 cup chopped red bell pepper
1/2 tablespoon fat-free mayonnaise
1/4 cup shredded cheese, low fat

Recipe Directions for Spicy Chicken Tostada

  1. Preheat broiler. Place tortillas on a baking sheet. Spray with Pam, each side. Broil 4 inches from heat until golden, 1-2 minutes each side.

  2. Cube and combine the turkey (or chicken), salsa, bell pepper and mayonnaise in a small bowl; stir until combined. Top each tortilla with a generous 1/4 cup of the chicken mixture, spreading it almost to the edge; sprinkle with 2 tablespoons of the cheese. Broil tostadas until the cheese melts, 1-2 minutes.
