Recipe Ingredients for Spicy Chicken Stir-fry

8 oz
2 green bell peppers
2 red bell peppers
1 onion
4 oz water chestnuts
6 tsp
2 tbs soy sauce
1 tbs sugar
2 tsp sesame seed oil

Recipe Directions for Spicy Chicken Stir-fry

Cut the chicken breasts, bell peppers, onion, and whole water chestnuts into cubes. Stir fry chicken in sesame seed oil until cooked through, but not overcooked. Remove from wok. Stir fry bell peppers and onions until they are just beginning to get tender-crisp. Add water chestnuts. Combine the hot pepper paste, soy sauce and sugar until well mixed. Add chicken back to the wok and add sauce mix. Stir-fry for a few additional minutes.
