Recipe Ingredients for Spicy Chicken Soup

12 oz chicken breasts
200 grams carrots
150 grams celery
150 grams mushrooms
300 grams green pepper
1 t chili powder
1 t onion powder
2 cloves garlic
1 t black pepper
2 T cumin
425 grams diced canned tomatoes
440 grams canned corn
1 cup salsa
8 cups College Inn reduced sodium chicken broth

Recipe Directions for Spicy Chicken Soup

  1. Boil chicken breasts in broth and salsa. Add seasonings.

  2. Shred chicken into bite sized chunks.

  3. Cut vegetables into small pieces. Add vegetables to chicken and broth and let simmer.
