Spicy chicken casserole, we served with corn chips, would be good over rice.

Recipe Ingredients for Spicy Chicken Slop

2 cups cooked chicken
15 oz black beans
10 3/4 oz cream of chicken soup
10 oz tomatoes and green chilies, diced
2 cups cheese, shredded

Recipe Directions for Spicy Chicken Slop

  1. Drain and rinse beans

  2. Drain some juice off tomatoes & chilies

  3. Mix all ingredients, except cheese

  4. Pour into 8x8 baking dish

  5. Top with cheese

  6. Bake @ 350 until bubbly
