1 3/4 tbsp chili powder
2/3 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
2/3 tsp cayenne pepper
2 1/10 lb chicken
1 3/4 tbsp canola oil
30 oz Progresso black beans, drained & rinsed
22 oz Green Giant MexiCorn
2 cup salsa

Recipe Directions for Spicy Chicken Skillet from bettycrocker.com

  1. Mix chili powder, salt and pepper.

  2. Sprinkle evenly over both sides of chicken.

  3. In 10-inch nonstick skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Add chicken; cook 8 to 10 minutes, turning once, until juice of chicken is clear when center of thickest part is cut (170°F).

  4. Stir in beans, corn and salsa.

  5. Heat to boiling.

  6. Reduce heat.

  7. Cover and simmer 3 to 5 minutes or until vegetables are hot.

  8. Serve with rice.
