A healthy spicy chicken salsa that takes 10 mins to cook start to finish and is very filling Enjoy!

Recipe Ingredients for Spicy Chicken Salsa

1 chicken breast
1 medium onion
1 cup mushroom
1 cup cabbage
1/2 cup yogurt
2 cloves garlic
1 cup salsa
1 tsp tabasco
1 tsp balsamic vinegar

Recipe Directions for Spicy Chicken Salsa

  1. Chop chicken into bite sized pieces

  2. Slice onions, mushrooms and garlic

  3. Cook chicken in large pan with olive oil and add the onions mushrooms and garlic.

  4. When chicken is cooked add the salsa, tabasco and balsamic vinegar and stir until heated through.

  5. Add the low fat yogurt and the chopped cabbage heating until warmed through

  6. Enjoy :)
