There is actually 128 mg less sodium per serving as to get calorie count right I had to use a higher sodium content version of both the broth and the tomatoes from the data base. 1 serving = 1 cup

Recipe Ingredients for Spicy Chicken & Rice

1050 g boneless skinless chicken breasts
2 cups reduced sodium chicken broth
3 cups water
1 1/2 cups rice
3 cups mushrooms
1 cup bell peppers
5 7/10 oz brocolli
882 g canned tomatoes

Recipe Directions for Spicy Chicken & Rice

  1. cook chicken in broth, remove and dice

  2. add water, tomatoes, and rice to broth

  3. when rice is about half done add remaining vegetables, cook until rice is done

  4. add back chicken, cook to blend flavors
