Recipe Ingredients for Spicy Chicken Pizza

1 serving Wholemeal Pizza base (Bazaar)
16 small Mushrooms
50 grams Real Bacon Bits
1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
1 serving chilli flakes
140 grams Peppers
1 cup Cheese Mozzarella Finely Shredded
180 grams Chicken, Breast, Meat Only
1 serving Pizza Sauce (Legoo's)
1 serving Barbecue Sauce (Fountain)
1/4 tsp Sauce, Ready-to-serve, Pepper, Tabasco

Recipe Directions for Spicy Chicken Pizza

  1. Preheat oven to 200 degrees C. Spread pizza sauce, BBQ sauce and four drops of Tabasco sauce over base. Sprinkle on chilli flakes to suit.

  2. Spread the shredded mozzarella cheese over the pizza base. Follow up with an even spread of diced bacon, chopped fresh BBQ chicken, onion, capsicum and mushroom. Finally spread some more cheese ove the top.

  3. Place in oven for 20 minutes. Remove from the oven and use a pizza cutter (or knife) to cut into 8 pieces
