Jillian Michaels recipe but I will add in the soya powder separately.

Recipe Ingredients for Spicy Chicken and Okra

1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast
2 tsp canola oil
7 ounces stewed tomatoes
2 tbs chopped garlic
2/3 cup low-sodium chicken broth
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
10 oz frozen cut okra

Recipe Directions for Spicy Chicken and Okra

  1. cut chicken into 1 1/2 inch pieces.

  2. dredge chicken in powder and black pepper

  3. heat oil in pan and cook chicken until browned.

  4. Add the remaining ingredients (except okra) and cook for an additional 10 minutes on a low simmer, covered

  5. Add okra and simmer covered for 5 more minutes
