Spicy Chicken Fettuccini Recipe

Spicy 'Quick Fettuccine'. You can use chicken, ground meat, shrimp, craw fish, lobster, etc... Swap around the spice level of the ro*tel, the cream and cheese to suit your own preferences.

Recipe Ingredients for Spicy Chicken Fettuccini

336 grams No Yolks Egg White Noodles Extra Broad
16 oz Half and Half
1/2 cup Mild Diced Tomatoes and Green Chilies
1/2 cup Tomatoes
4 oz Just 2 Good Italian
800 grams Boneless Skinless Chicken Tenderloins
8 oz Cheese Regular
8 oz Queso Blanco
4 oz Bread Crumbs Italian Style

Recipe Directions for Spicy Chicken Fettuccini

  1. Dice the boneless skinless chicken tenderloins.

  2. Cube the cheese (use whatever type of Velveeta you prefer)

  3. Saute in Italian dressing

  4. Boil noodles while it's sauteing.

  5. Mix ro*tel in a large pot with the pint of half and half, when the mixture is heated up mix in the cubed cheese and stir until it is melted. (if you stop stirring it may stick to the bottom of the pan)

  6. Drain the chicken of excess Italian dressing and mix into the cheese sauce

  7. Stir evenly and then mix in the cooked pasta

  8. Let cook for about 10 minutes

  9. Pour into casserole pan(s) and Sprinkle breadcrumbs on top of the pasta until covered to your liking

  10. Bake @ 400 deg for 30 minutes (or until Brown enough to suit)

  11. Serve

  12. It is AMAZING hot or cold. Very popular, very filling. Serve with bread of your choice an a great salad.
