Chicken made with Korean Hot red chili paste... yum!

Recipe Ingredients for Spicy Chicken w/corn

2 chicken breast, cubed
1 ear of corn, shaved
1 tsp red chili paste
1 tsp olive oil
2 tbsp hot water
1 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp dried onion flakes

Recipe Directions for Spicy Chicken w/corn

  1. Cut the chicken breasts into cubes

  2. Mix chili paste, oil and hot water in a bowl

  3. Add chicken to mixture

  4. Add seasonings to mixture

  5. Once chicken is coated properly cook in pan over medium heat

  6. Add corn after the first 2 mins

  7. Cover with lid to trap moisture, and cook for 15 mins, or until done

  8. Once cooked remove lid and brown chicken

  9. Enjoy over rice or on top the Bok Choy Soup
