Recipe Ingredients for Spicy Chicken Chili

2 cloves garlic
1 cup canned black beans, rinsed
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp cumin
2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1/2 lb ground chicken
1 cup frozen corn
1 1/2 cups canned tomatoes
1 Salt and pepper to taste

Recipe Directions for Spicy Chicken Chili

Sautè garlic in olive oil, the brown chicken with garlic. Add the corn until it has defrosted, then add black beans and the tomatoes. Add spices and simmer until thoroughly cooked.
