Recipe Ingredients for Spicy Chicken, Black Bean and Rice Soup

2 cup, chopped or diced Chicken, Breast, Meat Only
0.5 teaspoon Bouillon
1 2/5 grams Cumin
0.75 cup, chopped Onions
5 large Carrots, Baby
1 serving Frozen Mixed Pepper Strips
1.5 cup Diced Tomatoes
2 serving Black Beans
1/2 cup White Rice

Recipe Directions for Spicy Chicken, Black Bean and Rice Soup

  1. Simmer chicken, onions, and bouillon/other spices in just barely enough water to submerge the goods.

  2. Dice baby carrots and add to pot. Add a more water to submerge if needed.

  3. let simmer covered for about 15 minuets. stir occasionally.

  4. add remainder of water, tomatoes, bell peppers and rice. Bring back to a simmer for 5.

  5. Add the black beans and let simmer for 5 more minuets. yummy!
