Recipe Ingredients for Spicy Chai Mix

1 cup non-fat powdered milk
2 cups coffee creamer
2 cups sugar
1 1/2 cups instant tea
2 tsp ginger
2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp ground cloves
1 tsp cardamom
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper

Recipe Directions for Spicy Chai Mix

  1. Mix dry ingredients (you can replace half of the coffee creamer with a flavored variety if you wish)

  2. Add mix to food processor or blender 1 cup at a time to blend to a fine powder
