Recipe Ingredients for Spicy Cabbage Soup

0.8 head Cabbage, Cooked
0.67 cup, shredded Cabbage, Red
6 fl oz Organic Vegetable Broth
2 carrot Carrots
3 stalks Celery
1 medium raw Bell Pepper Green
1 medium Onions
1 tsp Pepper, Red Or Cayenne
5 clove Garlic
2 cup, sliced Squash, Summer, Zucchini, Includes Skin
1 tsp Garlic Salt
2 medium tomato Beefsteak Tomato
4 dash Pepper, Black

Recipe Directions for Spicy Cabbage Soup

Chop cabbage and throw into a pot with equal parts water and veggie broth. Only use part of the veggie broth at first. This is so that the cabbage wilts. Chop up the rest of the veggies and throw in the pot. Add the rest of the broth and spices and bring to a boil. Be careful with the cayenne pepper, as a little bit will go a long way. Once the broth is boiling, turn down the stove to bring it to a simmer. Let it cook for at least an hour. The best way to tell when it is ready is to taste test the carrots. If they are soft, but not squishy, then it is perfect!
