Recipe Ingredients for Spicy Cabbage/ Sitr-fried

4 cups cabbage, green shredded
3 teaspoons garlic, minced
1/4 cup onion, diced
1/2 cup green pepper, cut into thin strips
1/4 cup celery, sliced
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/16 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon curry powder
1/2 teaspoon ginger, ground
1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper

Recipe Directions for Spicy Cabbage/ Sitr-fried

  1. Cook garlic in olive oil 3 minutes: stir in spices, heat.

  2. Add vegetables, stir-fry until crisp-tender.
