Recipe Ingredients for Spicy Black and Red Bean Soup

1 1/2 cups onion, chopped
1 1/4 cups carrots, sliced
2 cloves garlic, minced
3 cups fat-free, low sodium chicken stock
2 tsp Splenda
16 oz frozen corn
16 oz kidney beans, dark, drained
16 oz black beans, drained
29 oz diced tomatoes
1/3 cup green salsa

Recipe Directions for Spicy Black and Red Bean Soup

  1. Combine all ingredients into slow cooker. Cover and cook on LOW for 8 hours.

  2. Yield: 10 servings (1 serving = 1 cup)
