Recipe Ingredients for Spicy Black beans and Rice

2 cups Uncle Ben's Ready Rice , prepared
2/3 cup Steam Fresh Corn , prepared
1 1/4 cups Ro*Tel Mild , drained
1 3/4 cups Canned Blackbeans , raised and drained
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Recipe Directions for Spicy Black beans and Rice

  1. Prepare rice as indicated on package.

  2. Prepare corn as indicated on package.

  3. Drain and rinse black beans.

  4. Drain Ro-tel.

  5. Add all ingredients to microwave safe bowl and mix.

  6. Heat for 30 sec to 1 min in microwave.

  7. Optional - add 1 TBSP Plain Greek yogurt or sour cream.
