Recipe Ingredients for Spicy Black Beans

3 1/2 cups black beans
1/3 cup red onion
1 tbsp chili powder
1 tsp cumin
1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
1/4 tsp ground red pepper
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp salt
2 cups vegetable broth
2 cloves garlic

Recipe Directions for Spicy Black Beans

  1. Heat oil over med-high heat

  2. Add garlic and onion for 5 mins.

  3. Add all seasoning and cook for 2 mins

  4. Add black beans and vegetable broth and simmer until thick.
