Recipe Ingredients for Spicy Black Bean Salsa

2 c black beans, drained and rinsed
1/2 cup chopped ripe tomatoes
1/2 cup chopped cilantro
1/4 cup chopped green onion
1/4 cup chopped red onion
3 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 tablespoon ground cumin
1/2 cup lime juice
1 pepper to taste
1 salt to taste

Recipe Directions for Spicy Black Bean Salsa

Combine beans, cilantro, green onions, red onions, lime juice, oil, cumin, salt and pepper. Cover and chill 2 -24 hours. Stir in tomatoes before serving.
