Recipe Ingredients for spicy black bean salad

1 3/4 cup black beans (1 can)
1 cup corn, frozen
1 medium tomato, chopped
1/2 cup avocado, cubed
1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
1/2 cup mango, cubed
1 serrano pepper (or other hot pepper)
3 tbsp. fresh lime juice
1 1/2 tbsp. olive oil

Recipe Directions for spicy black bean salad

Drain and rinse the beans. Add all ingredients into a bowl, gently toss together. Refrigerate the salad for about 1 hour to let the flavors mix together.
