This is a wonderful dip from the "Eat 2 Live" book that I doctored up to make it a bit less bland. Good on whole grain chips and pita bread. Good served warm or cold.

Recipe Ingredients for Spicy Bean Spread or Dip

15 oz Black Beans, Organic
1 tbsp Old El Paso Sauce Taco Mild
0.001 oz Ground Cumin
2 clove Garlic
0.13 cup Diced with Zesty Mild Green Chilies

Recipe Directions for Spicy Bean Spread or Dip

Mash the beans with a fork, masher or food processor with about half the liquid from the bean can or water. Mix in the spices and chilies. Serve raw or with lightly steamed veggies or toasted pita bread.
