Recipe Ingredients for Spicy Bean & Pepper Medley

0.5 cup Beans, Black, Mature Seeds
0.5 cup Beans, Pinto, Mature Seeds
3 pepper Peppers, Jalapeno
2 small (4" long) Pepper, Banana
4 small (3" long) Onions, Spring Or Scallions
1 tsp Chili Powder
1 tsp Cumin
1 tsp California Style Garlic Pepper
1/4 tsp Cayenne
3 small Peppers, Sweet, Green

Recipe Directions for Spicy Bean & Pepper Medley

Prepare dried beans with either the long soak or quick soak methods. Cook beans in water, with onions, hot peppers and seasonings for 2 hours. About half-way through cooking, add the green pepper pieces.
