BBQ Marinated Tofu - Spicy; they make great sandwiches

Recipe Ingredients for Spicy BBQ Marinated Tofu

478 grams Nasoya - Organic Super Firm (Sprouted)
11 grams Olive Oil
3 grams Garlic Powder
45 grams Bar-B-Q Sauce

Recipe Directions for Spicy BBQ Marinated Tofu

  1. Take Nasoya Sprouted Tofu out of packaging

  2. Cut into 4 sections

  3. Cover each section with oil, then garlic powder, then stubb's spicy BBQ sauce

  4. Let marinade in fridge for 3 hrs - hrs.

  5. Preheat oven to 350.

  6. Set skillet on stovepot, medium, and allow each side to cook for 10 minutes (once per side)

  7. Once skillet work is done, place cuts into a pan, laced with canola non-stick spray and leave for 20 minutes.

  8. Let cool and eat!
