Recipe Ingredients for Spicy BBQ Chiken salad

340 grams Walmart Marketside Classic Iceberg salad
227 grams john soules foods fully cooked chicken breast strips
1 tbsp Pickle Relish, Sweet
2 tbsp Barbecue Sauce Original
15 g Reduced Fat Mayonnaise
1 tsp Hot Sauce Louisiana
1/4 tsp Spices Ground Black Pepper

Recipe Directions for Spicy BBQ Chiken salad

The meat is pre-cooked but nuke the entire bag of chicken breasts for 3 minutes. Empty it all into a bowl, including the little broth in the bag. Mix all the other ingredients onto the meat before adding the salad mix. It will cool the meat and not wilt the lettuce. Mix well and eat. You will not be able to tell this is low fat and you will not want for more sauce.
