Baby spinach lightly cooked in olive oil, red pepper flakes, & garlic, topped with a light coating of parmesan.

Recipe Ingredients for Spicy Baby Spinach w/Parmesan

4 cups baby spinach
2 tbsp olive oil
4 cloves garlic, minced
4 tbsp parmesan cheese, grated
2 tbsp red pepper flakes

Recipe Directions for Spicy Baby Spinach w/Parmesan

  1. In a medium-large sized pot over medium heat, add the olive oil and heat for approximatel one minute.

  2. Add garlic & red pepper flakes and stir until fragrant, approximately 20 seconds.

  3. Add spinach and continually stir, coating the spinach with the oil mixture.

  4. When spinach is done to your preferred texture, remove from heat and serve, topping with the parmesan.
