Very high in cholesterol but I love a big Sunday breakfast. A great way to boost your protein or fat intake.

Recipe Ingredients for Spicy American Cheese Omlette

2 large whole eggs
1/2 tbsp unsalted butter
1/2 tbsp olive oil
1/2 oz american cheese
1 tbsp 1% lowfat milk
1/2 tbsp hot sauce

Recipe Directions for Spicy American Cheese Omlette

  1. Combine in a mixing bowl: Eggs, milk and hot sauce.

  2. Whisk until blended.

  3. Heat omlette pan over medium low heat and melt butter and olive oil.

  4. Pour in the egg mixture and cook over medium low heat. Tilt the pan and lift the edge with a spatula to permit the uncooked portion to run to the bottom.

  5. When it is all an even consistency top one half with the cheese and fold in half.

  6. Serve immediately.
