Ground chicken cooked with veggies with a spicy sauce.

Recipe Ingredients for Spicky Chicken Sloppy Joes

2 tbs olive oil
2 lb ground chicken
1 onion
4 cloves garlic
8 baby carrot
2 stalk celery
1/2 cup hot sauce
4 tbs brown sugar
2 tbs white vinegar
3 tbs Worcestershire sauce

Recipe Directions for Spicky Chicken Sloppy Joes

  1. Cook chicken in olive oil.

  2. Add diced onion and garlic. Look cook till onion looses some moisture.

  3. Add diced carrots and celery. Let cook till soft.

  4. In the meantime, mix remaining ingredients in a small bowl.

  5. Add to chicken. Let reduce.

  6. Serve on a bun with blue cheese crumbles.
