No meat, just three kinds of beans, and corn

Recipe Ingredients for Spicey Vegetarian Chili

30 oz Hot Chili Beans in Chili Sauce
15 oz cannellini beans
15 oz pinto beans
8 oz tomato sauce
7 oz diced tomatoes
1/2 cup diced onion
1 clove garlic
1/2 cup olive oil
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup shredded colby jack cheese

Recipe Directions for Spicey Vegetarian Chili

In a large pot, gently sautee the carrots, celery,onion, bell pepper, and shaved garlic clove. Drain and rinse the pinto beans and the black beans. Add the tomato paste to the sauteed vegetables and stir on medium low heat, add two 6 oz. cans of water. Add diced tomatoes, rinsed beans, and chili hot beans in sauce. Stirring to combine. Add Seasonings. Stir. turn heat to low loosely cover, and cook for about 45 minutes stirring occasionally. Add a little more water if needed.
