4 leaf lettuce, boston medium
4 scallions
1 cup red bell pepper, sliced
4 tbsp taco sauce

Recipe Directions for Spicey Turkey Roll-Ups

  1. Place a slice of turkey a lettuce leaf.

  2. Spread a tbsp of taco suace on turkey.

  3. Add 1 scallion and pepper strip.

  4. Fold tight like a cigar
